Thailand Mission Trip

October 29 – November 7, 2020

NPHX will join field partners to set up free medical clinic that will help the local church engage their lost neighbors.  Through love and medical care, this clinic will open doors for those in need of healthcare as well as the Gospel.  It also challenges local believers to love their neighbor, make disciples of those who belive, and get them integrated into a local church.  Medical professionals as well as those without medical training are needed to run the clinic, provide medical care, and share the gospel with those coming into the clinc.  All are welcome to register for the trip, however priority will be given to those with medical experience.  After you register for the trip, your spot will be confirmed 120 days out from the trip.

Step 2 | Application

After your application is submitted with a $50 deposit and reviewed, you will be contacted by our Missions office to make you aware of your next steps.

Step 3 | Funding a Trip

What’s keeping you from going on a short-term mission trip to share the gospel?  If the answer is money, please don’t let that stop you from signing up for a trip!  With a little intentionality and hard work, you can raise the support you need.

  • Send letters or emails to family & friends
  • Sample fundraising letter
  • Crowdfunding Sites

GoFundMe is a popular one, although there are fees involved that will be taken out of the total amount of money raised. Note: Giving through a crowdfunding site is not tax deductible. If your donors want their gift to be tax deductible, they will need to write a check to North Phoenix Baptist Church instead of giving through a crowdfunding site.

Step 4 | Training

Each team will receive training from their Team Leader.  Team members are expected to attend all training sessions.

Step 5 | Go

Our prayer is as our teams go to serve on short-term trips, God will use them to make His name known, strengthen the local church where it exists and be part of establishing it where it doesn’t.  We also pray that as many go and are exposed to different contexts that God will prompt some to serve in longer capactities.

In going it is our hope and prayer that God will use you to impact people and make His name known among the nations.  We also pray that as you go, God will do a special work in your life.

Reach the world. Equip the Church.

We are one church in two locations with a mission reach & equip people with the Gospel, throughout the Valley and around the world.
