"We will crawl, we will walk, we will limp, until our Jesus comes back, but we will finish the race."

Pastor Noe was born in Houston, Texas in 1983. He had a troubled childhood and at a young age his father left and never returned. This left him with a distorted view of a father that he had to navigate during his adolescence and young adulthood.

Not having a father in his life during this time led to some poor decisions and ultimately leading him to make an attempt on his own life. Fast forward to the age of 18 he surrendered fully to God’s will for his life.

After attending East Texas Baptist University and receiving a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Minor in Religion, Pastor Noe attended Golden Gate Seminary and received a Masters of Divinity degree. From there he spent time on staff at Second Baptist Church of Houston in Texas, First Baptist Nashville in Tennessee, and lastly Cross Church Fayetteville in Arkansas as the College Pastor before answering the Lord’s call to Phoenix, Arizona.

In 2016 he became the Senior Pastor at North Phoenix Baptist Church. Shortly after arriving in Arizona Pastor Noe began to pursue and receive his Doctorate of Ministry and Executive Leadership degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Noe Garcia is a passionate preacher who loves challenging and encouraging people with God’s Word. He is not only passionate about the city of Phoenix, but he is passionate about people knowing Jesus and following Jesus.

Pastor Noe and his wife Clancey have been married for 11 years and have 4 children. They both have a strong desire to see the lost get found and to see the found share the Lord’s saving grace.

Church Revitalization As A CEO or Shepherd

When Noe Garcia accepted the job as lead pastor of North Phoenix Baptist Church (NFBC) — a church in desperate need of revitalization — the only other non-Anglo person on staff was the janitor.
