- Maintain accurate contribution records
- Interact with people concerning giving records
- Maintain very high level of confidentiality
- Data entry and record keeping of all contributions online
- Handle inquiries and make corrections to records
- General Ledger input for Finance
- Update copy/postage records for departments
- Annual giving statements
- Credit Card reconciliation for General Ledger Input
This job requires high confidentiality. Possession of bookkeeping experince is very helpful. Need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, 10-Key and data entry, Fellowship One and Shelby System experience preferred.
