Responsibilites:

  • Maintain accurate contribution records
  • Interact with people concerning giving records
  • Maintain very high level of confidentiality

Duties Performed:

  • Data entry and record keeping of all contributions online
  • Handle inquiries and make corrections to records
  • General Ledger input for Finance
  • Update copy/postage records for departments
  • Annual giving statements
  • Credit Card reconciliation for General Ledger Input

This job requires high confidentiality.  Possession of bookkeeping experince is very helpful.  Need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, 10-Key and data entry, Fellowship One and Shelby System experience preferred.
